Corepare Terms of Use

Welcome to Corepare! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before booking or engaging with our services.

1. Scope of Services

Corepare provides software-related PC support and troubleshooting assistance. Our services are designed to guide and support users with software challenges but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Corepare is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Any data loss, system corruption, or software malfunctions that may occur during or after our service.

  • Issues resulting from third-party software, hardware, or services outside our control.

You acknowledge that all assistance is provided at your own risk. We strongly recommend backing up all important data prior to engaging in any troubleshooting or support session.

Under Arizona law, Corepare is not liable for incidental damages unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. This protection extends to the services provided here.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if:

  1. The cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  2. An email is sent to our support team at Support@Corepare.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and includes your appointment details.

Refund requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be honored.

4. Service Limitations

  • Corepare does not guarantee that all issues can or will be resolved.

  • Remote support may require access to your system; by using our services, you grant permission for such access.

  • Corepare reserves the right to decline service for any reason, including issues outside our expertise or support scope.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and take reasonable steps to protect your data during service. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you agree that Corepare is not responsible for unauthorized access to your data resulting from third-party breaches or system vulnerabilities.

6. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Changes to scheduled appointments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance by email to Support@Corepare.com.

7. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid for in advance.

  • Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

  • Failure to attend or cancel an appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of payment.

In Arizona, prepaid service transactions are treated as contracts; Corepare is not responsible for unused services unless otherwise stated in these terms.

8. Termination of Services

Corepare reserves the right to terminate a service session at any time if:

  • The customer exhibits abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

  • The customer refuses to follow instructions necessary to complete the service.

  • The issue is found to be outside the scope of the service agreement.

In the event of termination, the customer may be entitled to a refund at Corepare’s discretion based on the amount of service completed.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging Corepare, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your issue to enable efficient troubleshooting.

  • Ensure your device meets any minimum requirements for remote access, if applicable.

  • Take responsibility for your system’s security, including antivirus and firewall settings.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Corepare harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including any third-party claims resulting from actions taken during support sessions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Amendments

Corepare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or engaging with Corepare’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
